Samantha needed some photos for her fashion portfolio. We decided to shoot around downtown OKC. We ended the shoot at a really cool location. See if you can guess where the location was! Here is a clue... London, England is also famous for theirs.

Check out Reseth's blog for more images from this shoot.

I had such a fun afternoon with the Stromskis. We hung out at Wiley Post Park in OKC. Their son Jakson is a really cool little guy with big time energy. We played, swung and threw leaves! Sometimes my job is just like being a kid again.

I had a great fashion shoot earlier in the week. Reseth and I had the opportunity to work with a really cool model Jenny. We had a lot of fun shooting at the State Fair park. We had perfect soft light and some really great locations that worked out really well for this shoot. The one factor that made this shoot really special was the hair and makeup artists we were able to work with. Erica Elaine did hair and Lindsey Wilson was responsible for the makeup. I can say enough great things about their work. They made my job so easy! Book them at Lollies Beauty Bar in Norman, Ok. We were also able to work with some clothing from Birdie Boutique also in Norman, Ok. Thanks to everyone for such a great shoot!

Check out Reseth's photos on her blog.

I had a great portrait session with Kayla. She came all the way from Purcell and was so enthusiastic about shooting. We had such a great time shooting on a perfect overcast fall day. We took a couple of hours and explored Heritage Hills and Midtown OKC. We ended up with some beautiful shots from the day and we could not have had a better time.

One of the FAQ's by my clients is, "what do we do if it's cloudy?" Well... Kayla's shoot is the perfect example. Cloudy days are perfect for portraits. The light becomes soft, even and so beautiful. I absolutely love shooting when it's overcast! Enjoy!

I had such a great shoot with Heather Rouba. She currently represents our great state as Mrs. Oklahoma. Heather is involved in many activities and initiatives in our community. Check out her blog to find out what she is up to.

We shot in Guthrie, Ok at the Scottish Rite Temple. It is a beautiful and historic Masonic Temple. It was the perfect location for Heathers beautiful pageant gown designed by Meg Guess. If you have never been to the Temple you have to make it a priority to visit! Wow!

This shoot also gave me a chance to use strobes again. It's something I haven't done in awhile and it was good to experiment with off camera light. There are so many great shots from the day, I may post a couple more very soon.
